Yet another track taken from the upcoming Pogo House Loves Garage House 2018 compilation (which includes tracks from Mike Millrain and Lombard Street to name a few), Gavin Dista brings a slice of light-hearted retro. ‘Let’s Do It’ is "inspired by some classic Grant Nelson style bits [he] was feeling at the time’", and the classic sound comes across in the wobbly basslines, bouncy percussion and catchy refrain of 'let’s get our freak on tonight'. Funk influence is heard throughout the track, while the elements of traditional garage house can be heard in every bar. -Dan Peeke
